By using the Website or purchasing products, you confirm that you are:

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not purchase our products.

 

 

3. Product Information & Medical Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements regulated under DSHEA. They are not prescription medications and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase under these Terms. We reserve the right to review, accept, or reject any order at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation.

  • Payment must be received before shipping.

  • We accept all major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Shopify Payments.

  • Sales tax is collected where required; Shopify remits on our behalf.

  • Resale or unauthorized distribution of our products is prohibited.

 

 

5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Zenos Health offers subscription-based purchases that renew every 30 days unless canceled.

By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing:

Cancellations must be received before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

There is no customer portal; cancellation is processed through email support only.

 

 

6. Pricing, Promotions & Changes

Prices, promotions, shipping costs, and availability may change without notice. Errors may be corrected, and orders may be canceled if based on incorrect information.

 

 

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We currently ship within the United States only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is shipped, not upon delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

 

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened products.

  • Products must be returned in original condition

  • Opened products are not eligible for refund

  • Return shipping costs are refunded

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify

Multiple refunds or abuse of the policy may result in refusal of future orders.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, packaging, product names, and digital materials are owned by Zenos Health or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or resale is prohibited.

 

 

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website or products for:

  • Resale without written authorization

  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, or deceptive conduct

  • Medical claim misrepresentation

  • Violation of applicable law

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for misuse.

By providing contact information, you consent to receive:

  • Email marketing (opt-out available)

  • SMS/text marketing if you opt-in

We do not record customer calls.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for products in the last six (6) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neos Nutraceuticals LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from claims arising out of misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

 

 

15. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By purchasing from Zenos Health, you agree that:

  • Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under Florida law.

  • You waive the right to a jury trial.

  • You may not participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.

 

 

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including supply chain disruptions, transport failures, labor disputes, government action, or natural events.
