You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags
You must include proof of purchase
Start a return by emailing us at marketplaces@zenoshealth.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Contact us immediately upon receipt if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and make it right.

Custom or personalized orders
Hazardous materials
Return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Customers in the EU may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank.
