Standard Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags

  • You must include proof of purchase

Start a return by emailing us at marketplaces@zenoshealth.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately upon receipt if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and make it right.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. It could take few days to process your refund depending on the original payment method.

What Can Be Refunded?

  • Unopened or unused products only (sealed packaging required)

  • Orders requested within the 30-day window

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Customers in the EU may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

Refunds
