Return Policy

Returning Nonprescription Items In-Store or Online

At Zenos Health, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange. All returns or exchanges are subject to a third-party verification process.


Return In-Store

Most new, unopened items purchased from Zenos Health can be returned to our store within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. A full copy of our return policy, including restrictions and requirements, is available upon request.

  • A valid photo ID may be required for any return or exchange.

  • Opened or damaged items, missing a receipt, or those that do not pass our third-party verification process may be denied a refund or exchange.

  • Items returned with the original receipt may receive a refund or store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.

  • Items returned without a receipt may be exchanged for the same item or refunded as store credit. The refund amount may be limited to the lowest advertised price in the 15-day period prior to the return.

  • Gift cards, prepaid cards, and phone cards cannot be returned or exchanged, except as required by law.

  • Due to health and safety concerns, certain health care, home health, and personal care products cannot be returned, even if unopened. No refunds will be issued for these items.

  • Special-order items such as medical equipment or custom orders may be subject to separate return policies. Please contact our team for more details.


Return by Mail

Items purchased at Zenos Health that are eligible for return or exchange may also be returned by mail within 15 days of purchase. Please call us at +1 (786) 833-1570 before returning items by mail. We will work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund are processed accurately.


Other Important Information

Why We Need Your ID

A third-party processor helps us detect improper returns and prevent losses. Except where prohibited, we require a valid photo ID for all returns. Our third-party processor may record ID information during a return and keep it in a secure database to help validate future returns. You may request a copy of your Return Activity Report by contacting us.


Prescription Purchases

These policies do not apply to prescriptions. If you have questions or concerns about prescription items, please call us at +1 (786) 833-1570. Due to legal restrictions, prescription medications cannot be returned.


Effective Date:

This return policy is effective as of March 5th, 2025. Zenos Health reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
